Parents/Guardians,

Fill out this form if your student requires bus transportation for the 2024/2025 school year.

Consider the following:

The six-digit Student ID number must be correct. STUDENT ID ERRORS MAY RESULT IN DELAYED SERVICE OR REMOVAL FROM ROUTE. Student ID numbers can be found in ParentVUE.

Transportation's routing software will only route students from the address listed in Synergy.

Walk zones are measured as a radius from the front door of the school. Current walk zones are 1.5 miles for elementary schools and 2 miles for junior high and high schools.
